Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
Personalized or Custom Orders
Cancellations for personalized or customized orders may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel such an order.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please reach out to us with your order number and cancellation request. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy once you receive the item.
